Community Action Planning
Reconciliation Regina is currently undergoing a strategic planning process. One of the primary outcomes of this process is the creation of a community action plan, a broad community response to Reconciliation Regina’s role within the City of Regina. The plan is being developed through a three phased data collection process.
- Community Survey: Reconciliation Regina will be launching a community survey representing the first phase of the data collection. This survey will be available to the entire City of Regina community. The purpose of this survey is to collect data from community members living within the City of Regina about their opinions, attitudes and knowledge of Reconciliation Regina and its role that it plays in the City of Regina. - Board Interviews: The second phase of the data collection will consist of one-on-one interviews with the Reconciliation Regina Board of Directors and officer to develop a better understanding on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges of the organization.
- In-Person Community Engagement Session: The third phase of the data collection will be facilitated through a community engagement session. The community engagement session will focus on sharing the preliminary insights from online surveys. The information collected will enable the community to establish the strategic direction of the Reconciliation Regina non-profit organization.
